The Communicator is an external unit for the CD32 which appears to plug into the CD32's AUX port. It provides the CD32 which 1x MIDI In, 1 x MIDI Out and 1 x MIDI Thru. It also has a pass-through for connecting a keyboard. It may have been possible to use this device to control the CD32 from another Amiga. The later version of this unit may have allowed the CD32 to act as an FMV box using Scala EX software.
